6. Enomoto Takeaki

Today, I write about the resuscitated Samurai.
The samurai’s time was over in October, 1867.
That time, the samurai was the Vice-President of the navy.
He and a subordinate resisted the new government.
They established the ” Republic of Ezo” in Hokkaido.
“The samurai” became the President by “election.”
However, one year after, the country lost the battle with new government, and disappeared.
“The samurai” is thrown into prison.

However, “The samurai” was released in 1872.
New government knew his talent.
He worked in the new government.
Then, he serves as “Postmaster General”, the “Minister of Education”, the “Foreign Minister”, etc.
“The samurai” was needed for new era and did much work.
1908, “Enomoto Takeaki” died at the age of 73.

Now, Japan should change.
I hope Emergence of “Enomoto Takeaki”.
